I accept personal and commercial use commission.

I have the right to decline the commission.

You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes.

Do not put the commission into any AI related software.

Please make the payment before I start the progress.

If you have a deadline please let me know.

It usually takes 2 - 5 weeks at the latest to finish commission after I accept it with some factors like queue order, complexity, real life issues, or other unexpected circumstances. Any delays will be notified.

All payments are due in USD via PayPal.

The price will depend on complexity of the character & background.

Commercial use price will be +50%. The commercial commission will depend on your method of commercial use to determine the final price.

Commercial Use include: Peripherals, advertisements, games, books, live stream, live stream schedule, videos, publicity, etc.

You can choose to pay in full or partial payment (half of the total price).

If you choose to pay in iartial payment, please pay the remaining balance first before starting the line drawing and coloring stage.

Once I start the commission and completed afterwards, you are no longer able to ask for refund.

Once you get to the line art and base color stage you can’t make major changes. Detail changes are acceptable.

The commissioner can post my art freely and/ use it as a profile picture icon, as long as it's with proper credits.

You may not claim the work as your own.

After I finish the commission I may email you the high resolution drawing in jpg file.

I may ask you the permission to post the commission on my account or commission website. If you don't want it published, please let me know.
